This is a well done story all the way around, with solid performances, direction, and cinematography work as well. I'm not a fan of folk music at all, but I was also very impressed by the soundtrack and found it to be very complimentary to the story. You can tell that a lot of thought and planning went into all aspects of this one. My only complaint, and it's actually a pretty small one, is that I didn't really sense any strong romantic vibe between the lead characters. It's just too much of a stretch for me to genuinely believe a character like Rebecca Hall's would ever be romantically interested in Jason Sudeikis' character. With her taste in men, Jason would have been sequestered in the friend zone pretty fast. But surprisingly, the mismatch really doesn't have any big negative impact on the film -- it's still good and worth watching.
