I'm still reading this book, and so far I think it's quite good. My only problem with it seems to be the lack of a bibliography, which would make it a poor source for those writing a paper or a book related to it. Which is a shame because it seems like a lot of work went into researching this book.____ The book essentially covers Marilyn and her last, unfinished film, Something's Gotta Give. What's impressive about this book is that it covers beyond that; George Cukor and his reasons for resenting Marilyn, Fox's problems with Cleopatra, the truth of Marilyn's performance in Something's Gotta Give, and much more. Definitely worth reading.
