A brand-new trilogy that brings Miss Peregrine to middle-grade readers, with an online twist! Come play with us...
Buildings have memories. Places bear scars. We've all had those moments-a chill in the air, a sense that something terrible once happened where we stand. But some houses are more than scary. They're hungry.
Larkspur House has lured five kids inside, and they're trapped. The five will have to look carefully-there are clues to the house's secrets scattered all over the grounds, and if they can figure out the past, it might show them a way out of their terrifying present. Will they stay strong enough to discover the house's weakness and escape? Or will the horrors of Larkspur House scare the five right out of their minds?
Each book in the series is full of creepy photos and objects that tell one story in the book, and unlock exciting, choose-your-own-adventure stories online where kids try to survive the house!

Add a CommentIn my opinion, Shadow House is pretty lame, no offense.
This book was recommended to me so I decided to check it out.
The book seemed to be written for 6 yr olds, and I'm way above that.
All I can say is, don't judge a book by it's cover.
Amazing. This book is amazing. Even though the author kept some things kind of boring he had twists and turns in every chapter. I mostly like the middle. The author also did a great job of explaining the characters fear almost as if we were there. I cant wait for the book 2. (What is the title of book 2?) I predict that this author will have as much success in book 2 as he did in this book. I really recommend reading this book. The age limit I think for this book should be 8-14 because some young kids read like grade 7s! And most people stop reading the book at 13 because the find it childish or inappropriate. This is my option personally. The author did a great job on this book I could not put it down. Great job. Is a must read.
