A tadpole and minnow are friends, but the tadpole changes into a frog and leaves the pond. One day the frog returns and tells the minnow, now a grown fish, of the things he has seen. The fish anxious to see the world for himself jumps out of the pond onto the bank where he lies gasping for air until his friend frog comes by again and saves him.
