The Culinary Herbal has every thing a novice herb gardener
would need to know to grow and preserve herbs.
Beautiful color pictures of the herbs as well.

This is definitely one to make space for in my personal reference library. The details of culinary herbs and the various ways of using them is inspirational and makes both the common and uncommon varieties accessible.
