'Twilight: Reimagined' is an interesting story. It has the same plot as 'Twilight', but with an ending twist. Also, all of the characters' genders are switched around and their names are different. For example:

Bella (female) - Beaufort (male)
Edward (m) - Edythe (f)
Carlisle (m) - Carine (f)
Esme (f) - Earnest (m)
Emmett (m) - Eleanor (f)
Rosalie (f) - Royal (m)
Jasper (m) - Jessamine (f)
Alice (f) - Archie (m)
James (m) - Joss (f)
Victoria (f) - Victor (m)
Laurent (m) - Lauren (f)
Jacob (m) - Julie (f)
Billy (m) - Bonnie (f)
Sam (m) - Samantha (f)
Paul (m) - Paula (f)
Mike (m) - McKayla (f)
Jessica (f) - Jeremy (m)
Angela (f) - Allen (m)
Lauren (f) - Logan (m)
Eric (m) - Erica (f)
Tyler (m) - Taylor (f)

Bella and Beaufort are very similar—both are clumsy, loyal, caring, kind, and little prone to overreaction. Edward and Edythe are also very similar—both blame themselves for bringing Bella/Beaufort into the vampire world. However, when Bella is bitten by James, Edward sucks the venom out of her blood. In 'Twilight: Reimagined', Edythe comes too late and there is nothing she can do but watch as Beaufort is changed into a vampire.

Stephenie Meyer is an amazing author, and I value her books a lot. 'Twilight: Reimagined' was not as good as the original Twilight Saga (in my opinion), but it was a great read all the same. (Note: Bella and Edward did NOT have a demon child, to all who believe so.)

Thank you, Stephenie!

Life and Death is how Twilight should've ended. Tied up in a nice bow, and not involving a demon child. Some of the names leave a lot to be desired, though. Royal for Rosalie? Really?

As her ten year anniversary of releasing her first book in the series, Twilight, Stephanie Meyer has written us an additional story set in the town of Forks. However this time all the characters, except Renee and Charlie, have the opposite gender than in Twilight. Now, we as readers are diving into the world of Beaufort Swan (Bella) and Edythe (Edward), along with many other characters such as Jeremy (Jessica) and the rest of the Cullen/ Hale family. Truly, this book wasfun to read, despite the weight of it, as Twilight is attached on the opposite side. Overall, very intense and fast-paced, with the perfect seasoning of romance! 4.5/5 Stars

Twilight: Life and Death was great! I really loved it! I was starting to get a bit disinterested nearing the end, and then there was a twist! Oh my goodness, I really enjoyed it! I was so excited while coming close to the finish, that I stayed up super late to read until the very last word.

"Life and Death" is better than "Twilight". Then again, there are only three books I can think of that are worse than "Twilight": "Halo", "The Apprenticeship of Duddy Kravitz", and Fifty Shades of Grey (which I haven't read, and will never read).
Beau isn't an idiot. Beau isn't a lot like Bella, period. And that's good. Edyth is a bit like Edward, but she comes off as less stalkerish. And the ending is a lot better (no spoilers).

Does the Anniversary Edition also includes her new novel "Life and Death", which switch gender roles ( Bella is a boy character, Edward is a girl character) Amazon and other web sites show it as having the original novel and the new book.
