A bit of a disappointed to me. I started Weight Watchers last year and have lost 20 pounds. I wanted have a cookbook for one pot meals and thought this one would be perfect. Unfortunately, for a person who is not an accomplished book, the recipes called for a lot of "weird" ingredients or ones that I would have to go out and buy. None of the recipes appealed to me. If you're a great cook and enjoy cooking, you might like this book.

I loved this book so much I bought my own copy. It has healthy recipes, that are easy to make with easy to find ingredients (mostly).

This book is a wonderful resource for healthy and easy meals. I have made about a 1/2 dozen dishes so far and am really happy with the value of this book!
