The Red Deer Arts Council oversees the operation of the Kiwanis Gallery, which is housed in the lower level of Red Deer Public Library's Downtown Branch. The gallery is open and accessible to the public during all library hours. Stop by and take a look!


Current exhibit (May 20 to June 21):

Hang-ups and Insights: The 18th Annual IB and AP Art Show with Lindsay Thurber Comprehensive High School and Hunting Hills High School

This exhibit features the artwork of the 2026 graduating students of the Advanced Placement and the International Baccalaureate Art Programs. Every year there are new things to see and experience through this show. From installation art to ceramics to prints and drawings and beyond, this exhibit showcases the young people who will be the next generation of talented artists. Explore their work with them.

First Friday Red Deer Opening: June 5 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. with students and Instructors. Everyone is welcome to attend and help us celebrate these fine young artists!
