Stretch & Stories is a fun, interactive program designed for children ages 5-7 and their caregivers. Through a combination of simple yoga poses and storytelling, children get the chance to move, stretch, and relax in a playful and calming environment. As they listen to stories, they also practice basic yoga movements that help them focus, build coordination, and learn to stay calm.
December 7: The Wolf and the Three Little Pigs: A Big, Bad Yoga Tale
Huff, puff, and balance like a pig building a strong house! In this silly twist on a classic story, we’ll move, breathe, and discover how even the Big Bad Wolf can learn to slow down and be kind. We can provide yoga mats, or you’re welcome to bring your own!
