Slow Flow: Hatha style class focusing on mobility while linking movements.
Yin: Passive and longer holds of postures to target connective tissues.
Yang/Yin: Gentle blend of hatha (movement) and yin (holds).
Movement & Meditation: Gentle mobility work followed by a guided meditation.
